and Traveler's Checks accepted for payment, However, a valid credit card is required to confirm
reservation.
Deposits: A deposit equal to one–half the total
charge or one night (whichever is greater) is required within 7 days to confirm the
reservation. Full payment for your entire stay is due upon
arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Full deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled up to two weeks prior to the
date of arrival. For cancellations less than two weeks prior to the date of arrival, 50%
of the deposit will be refunded. If reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours before
6:00 p.m. on the arrival date, there will be no refund. Cancellations via
e-mail are not acceptable - you must phone us to cancel and we will supply you
with a confirmation of the cancellation. 'No Shows' [guest(s) who has not
arrived by end of check-in time on arrival date - 9:00 pm] will be charged for the
entire amount of the stay (number of days times room rate plus tax).
SPECIAL EVENT
Cancellation Policy (For special weekends such as SU Parents' Weekend and
Graduation and Antiquefest in July and entire house reservations). Full deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled up to
one month prior to the
date of arrival. For cancellations less than one month prior to the date of arrival, 50%
of the deposit will be refunded. If reservation is cancelled less than two
weeks before the arrival date, there will be no refund. Cancellations via

$150 non-refundable deposit will be required for all entire house reservations.
Early
Arrivals Policy - We do
our best to accommodate YOUR schedule. However, even
innkeepers have errands and doctors' appointments! For
Early Arrivals (between 1:00 and 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Thursday,
Friday, Saturday & Sunday) there will be a
non-refundable $50 charge added to your room charge if you do
not arrive within 30 minutes of your stated early arrival time.
